Can you tell me what to eat please? That is my problem. I do, do alot of protein shakes. I don't even think they're that healthy ones but better than nothing. Whats the closest multivitamin is top notch that's not expensive to keep taking long term? 🙏🙏 PCOS, pre-diabetic, everything out of whack... Want to conquer this before last resort bariatric🥴 I cannot be this anymore wasting my life away for years on end. Please 🤞

Definitely, when I go to visit my daughter and granddaughters for a couple of weeks, I get off my routine and it takes me a couple of weeks to get back on it. But in that month off I notice I’ve gained a few pounds. Ugh!
Falling out of your routine definitely takes a toll on your health- but getting back into it is always worth it ❤🙏wishing you the best in regaining your focus and momentum

I’m low estrogen and low progesterone. It started after I took estrogen detoxing supplement with DIM and indol and it never went back to normal no matter what I did. It happened when I was 27, I’m 40 now. I saw so many specialists, thousands spent on supplements, nothing helps. I spot on day 21, and get low estrogen symptoms. Nobody addresses the issues estrogen detoxing supplements cause. “Specialists” don’t even test for access estrogen they just assume your progesterone is low and therefore estrogen is high 🤦♀️

I found out that I have pre-diabetes, it's odd because I eat really healthy, but I was eating alot of fruit, honey in my tea, I suppose pasta and crackers. I don't know my family's health history bc I am adopted. I have since been following the guidelines for this pre-diabetes I also am lactose intolerance which counts alot of bad food put for me. I usually eat 2 or 3 farm eggs for breakfast and either lactose free yogurt with berries or salmon and avocado 🥑 for lunch. Dinner consists of non starchy vegetables and a serving of meat and beans fresh tomatoes or cucumber . I am truly grateful for the food that I can eat , I prefer to be able to eat and not have to worry about the carbs or sugar or the lactose free product that is really been a learning process it's not just bloating smh 🤦♀️, I bloat up to the point where it's hard to breathe it's really serious anymore. I appreciate all the information you share with us. Thank you for your time.

Agree! I thought she gained weight but I thought it was because she’s an actual grown woman now. She looks thin still, and looks good. There’s still hardly any extra fat on her. I don’t get how people even notice the weight gain - I just through she matured and grew up 🤷🏼♀️
